Be very careful! Be very alert before you decide
to hire a realtor from this company. I thought I was protected by my real estate agent in the process of buying a house, but that was not the case in my home purchase. My agent choose to hire my inspector, my title company, my warranty company,which turned out to be a nightmare to the many major issues of the home i purchased
My agent was also the sellers agent, I felt like I was not legally represented properly and there were hidden things about the property that did not reach my attention until after the close of Escrow. I felt he did not do his homework even though he had been the seller's agent for about a few years. He was not my original agent. I was forwarded over to him due to he had known this area best. So I was told. I am now stuck with a property with many issues and very costly. Be very careful before you hire someone from here. Make sure you get your own inspector. Your own title company.
