i just want to say a huge thank you to the very kind men who helped me out yesterday on the 71 freeway located near pomona CA on 10/4/24. My car was stuck on the freeway blocking one of the lanes and i had no emergency lane to pull to the side. i was terrified already because it was in the middle of the night, lots of traffic was coming in, and i was by myself. Thank god one of the men knocked on my car window to ask if i was ok and helped manage the flow of traffic with his truck which kept myself and others safe from a huge accident. when my husband came he tried to give them cash for their time and they both refused it. They helped me that night by the kindness of their heart and goes to show what kind of employees work for this company. Before they left my husband managed to get their names and i believe it was leonard and ruben who helped me . I cant thank you guys enough ! stay safe out there and god bless you guys!:)

Today we went down to the USO near LAX where theres alot of construction work in the area. This young man Mr. Inclan was very helpful, courtesy ,polite and informative. Give us the right directions to where we need to be. Not too many traffic control go out of thier way. To help out. Thank you.

I arrived at the LAX parking p1, it was raining and was confused where to go and came an employee that works for Feynman with the last name Inclan. He was very patient and helpful. He directed me to the right place .
