Tried to get a design for a retaining wall for a customer. Ben said he'll get back at me with a proposal within a few days. It's been almost 4 weeks and haven't heard from him since then. We had a lot, in an undeveloped area, that needed to be surveyed to find property lines and elevations for flood certification. Whiteshield employees were wonderful. Our surveyor showed up exactly when he said he would be there and got right to work with his cool high-tech equipment. After the surveying, we applied for a map amendment to see if we could have our lot removed from the flood zone. The owner was very helpful! He quickly and completely filed all of the paperwork for us. We even got our map amendment quicker than we anticipated. We highly recommend this professional company.

White shield is owned by a used car salesman. Constantly overcharges clients by adding in unnecessary project management fees.

Been waiting weeks to get our project done. Every time I talk to Chris there I get the same answer. "I'll get it to you tomorrow ". Not sure which tomorrow he is talking about anymore! Very frustrating to work with!
