The location was perfect for our stay, the room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. We did not make it to the pool, but young families were enjoying it. The morning breakfast was very good and the service was outstanding. Plenty of options for dinner nearby

Let’s start off positive the front desk staff was really nice and friendly and the location is great and it was one of the few hotel that had room since we were staying there due to be displaced from hurricane.

However, the rooms are disgusting.The ride up the elevator I started to smell weed. I thought maybe it was the people in the elevator with us but later when we left I realize it was just how the whole second floor smelled. We walked in our room and it immediately spelled like mildew. I know this happens in hotel rooms so i tried to be positive.
The carpet had multiple stains and was really dirty.
My daughter had gone over to the window and said it’s really dusty. I went over to look and there’s mold all over the window and the top of the window is broken. My girls then went to get into the beds and I noticed stains on the comforter and sheets. After about an hour i couldn’t take it anymore and we found a different place to stay. Lost out on all the money we paid. Disappointed they wouldn’t refund us since we left due to it being so dirty.

Stayed in Room #311. The bathroom was filthy. Long hairs on the floor, toilet seat, & shower walls. Bathtub was dirty. The toilet seat was loose and I almost fell off it the first time I sat down. The floor was extremely dirty. I ran a moistened towel across the floor and it turned black. Very disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. I wrote the property manager, provided photos and never received a response. As a long time IHG member, I'm appalled by this experience. The staff experienced were friendly and welcoming. The woman tending the breakfast was the best Iv'e experienced.

Pillows and bedding were very nice and I slept well, and that is the main reason for a hotel, right? People at the front desk were very nice. Other reviews have said there was a charge for parking, but there was no charge when I stayed.
Still, the building was badly in need of a refresh and was showing its age. The bathroom was very tiny, and the floors were slippery, like someone had sprayed sunscreen on themselves inside.
The quality & selection of breakfast items were somewhat disappointing.

For starters we are here now and have one more night to stay (6 night stay). While the rooms are cozy and comfortable I have zero complaints there I have lots of complaints overall. We are here when the tropical storm hit, so of course there are going to be hiccups, but the skies were sunny and bright by day 5 so we wanted to make the best of our last 2 sunny days. They refused to open the pool while every other hotel had there's open and everything was up and going so we could not swim there at all during our stay (which we hoped too considering the waves were still to dangerous to swim in the ocean for our littes). They also had zero house cleaning staff so in a 6 night stay we never received new towels, sheets, blankets, or toilet paper unless we called and asked or went and asked for it. The breakfast was okay nothing special. Overall would not recommend if you're looking to use any of the amenities offered or have your room cleaned during your stay!

Positive: Staff always professional and nice. Breakfast great. Even though hotel was very full it was quiet. Negative: Parking lot very full but that can?t be helped

I have stayed in many holiday inn express’s throughout the years and this one exceeded my expectations. Morning/afternoon lady at the front desk was so pleasant, the morning breakfast crew were fantastic and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, housekeeping was great. Pool was great. Parking was great. The rooms were very clean. The only thing Not so great was that there are not very many channels on tv. They also need pamphlets on places to eat. There was only one for a pizza Place, which matter of fact was delicious but take out only. If we ever need to stay again, this will be the one.

Room smells mildew, pillows smell the same. Bathroom was semi clean. One day they didn’t clean the room at all. Trash overflowing, towels all wet, beds weren’t made. When I asked a receptionist at 5pm why it wasn’t cleaned , and that I needed towels, she answered that she is not in charge of cleaning stuff! And that maids already left for a day.
