I am so sick of this company and their water!! ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DRINK THIS? WORST COMPANY EVER. I bet this will be the next Camp Lejeune case in North Carolina. We have reached out to this company so many time and not a thing has been done.

Anyone started a lawsuit? Curious

You can see it pouring Out of the bath tub faucet. Both tubs. Let it run for quite sometime never cleared. I DO NOT HAVE A HOT WATER TANK, so they can not try and blame that.

Called and spoke with someone on Friday regarding cloud water and was told the water was aireted and that was the issue. We have two wells in our community and several homes have black and brown water, or none at all. Ours has sediment that settled today (filling up a clean bottle in the morning and letting it sit). It still had bubbles and dirt at the bottom of the water. Please someone help!

Excellent customer service from Aqua yesterday. Called to report a leak at my meter. Customer service agent was helpful and a technician was at my house in less than one hour. He worked hard to identify the source of the leak even after it became clear it was on my side of the meter and my responsibility. He contacted another tech to determine if there was any additional help they could provide. Gave me a referral for a company to repair the leak and within an hour they were on site and had fixed the leak. Very happy with the help and support from Aqua.

Crap setup. You get water disconnected for any reason, they will not reconnect same day. Yet they are quick to cut your service off. If I had any other option I would never choose this company.

I now see why such a horrible rated company….
Called up the only contact number for the company and get a lady that supposed to be a customer service agent at Aqua which was rude and tried to argue with me. I was just trying to explain that their local crew have failed to flush the line in front of our houses the past several times. I had to dig up the dirt and grass that covers the service ports (still painted blue).
She might as well said I was a liar. She said they flushed my area just last month. Again I repeated not on our end.
Explained they use to flush it for 45 minutes being it’s the end of line.
I hate only having one choice for water service. (The one that hates customers.)
Aqua North Carolina you need your own phone number instead of the joke that controls your calls.

I'm new to NC and have been trying to get my service cut on for over a week.. there's no office u can go into to submit your documents.. u have to send in email which takes them 48 hours to respond and customer service can't assist you nor can they see what has been submitted.. I have never had such a hard issue getting new service at a home. This is ridiculous and I hate that it's my only option

Terrible company. I live across the street from a communal pump station. They had an equipment failure of a pressure sensor switch back in April and my house's plumbing was flooded with sediment and debis. They have refused to reimburse me for damages and repairs. Seriously considering a class action lawsuit.

Hey guys,
This company fabricates number in order to maintain profits. The numbers change every billing cycle. Going up and down. No real meter readings. They just hope that people will pay the bill no matter what and a lot do. We all sue this company as one we can have a CLASS ACTION suit.
It is possible to get some over that hard earned money back. Possibly make an extra payment toward your mortgage. I’m going to start the process here in NC. I have other bill and emails to prove this. If your bill is too high ask for a BUCKET TEST they will freak out immediately.
