How can I begin this review- I’ve received two separate services from this company and might I just say how detailed their craftsmanship is!

Service #1- Roof Repair
My husband and I recently purchased a home and the home was long overdue a roof repair. We needed the repair to be done quite literally as soon as possible so we can be covered by our home insurance. We spoke to Luz and she was determined to help us and get the job done as fast as they possibly could. They provided an affordable quote and included a 10 year warranty in the contract. We are located in Menifee and they were able to get the job done in a week! We are so happy with our new roof!

Service #2- Septic Line Connect/ New Waste Line
A couple months after our first service with PPL Fam, my husband and I were facing difficulties with our washer as it was creating an overflow of water. We were on a time sensitive search for a plumber and we received expensive quotes. We thought to contact Luz and her company again, in hope that they would be able to provide a much more affordable quote and they absolutely did! They understood the urgency yet again and were able to create a new waste line for our washer and connected it to our septic tank. They included a 5 year warranty in our contract- which made my husband and I even more comfortable choosing them. What can’t they do?!

This company has such great workers, safe to say we will be contacting PPL FAM for any future service we need! Thank you!!!
