I highly recommend Clear Construction.  We worked with them for over a year on a 2-part phased renovation and partial new construction of our house.
-The team is client-centered, friendly and communicative.
-There is a huge advantage of having a vast and diverse team under the same umbrella. Each team member is experienced and can wear many hats on the project, if needed.
-Our cabinetry that was made in-house is a 10/10.  High quality and fully customized.
-Clear Construction is well established and well respected in the community and has a successful track record.

-The president and contractor, Bailey, is equally as attentive to design and aesthetics as he is to the nuts and bolts of the project including the project execution, timeline, budget, etc.
--He is a wealth of information and full of advice/leadership on the project.
--He can design on the fly.  He designed our kitchen partially while on-site during one of our very first meetings.  Our home office cabinetry: he drew on-site in real-time to fix many complex spacial considerations with no edits made on our end.  He also designed our master bedroom/bathroom/closet footprint himself.  It was perfect as-is on the first pass.
--He is committed fully to each project that he takes on.  There is no detail too small for him to tackle and he exhibits a high level of loyalty, personal responsibility and accountability for each project that he commits to.
--He leans in with project complexity and is solutions-focused.
--He represented our project to the city during permitting with a high degree of professionalism and care.

We would definitely work with them again.
