My business partner and I really enjoyed working with Sam! When we were desperate to find a good architect to do our hair salon project he answered my call and got right to work! I have been developing multifamily residential properties in the Los Angeles area for the last 20 years and worked with few Architects during the years. Few years ago I engaged with Sam Aslanian Architect, Inc. and after obtaining the necessary details as far the max number of units and the type of density bonus that can be applied on the percels, I signed a contract with Sam and received a full RTI building permit within 15 months using TOC benefits. Sam delivered exactly what he promised and designed what I believe will be featured in Magazines and Real Estate media press in the future - see photos. Last but not least, Sam is an amazing person, that will do everything he could to make sure his clients are satisfied with his services. As a developer who worked with other Architects and experienced other types of services, I would always go to Sam for my future developments.

Sam has been a pleasure to work with. He was able to deliver a great design that maximizes the square footage for the property while maintaining an aesthetic quality which we are very pleased with. The challenge with this project was working in parallel with a subdivision process allowing us to accelerate the permitting process. Although there was resistance from the City, Sam was able to present the design in such a way that they approved it. Sam has been responsive and exceeded my expectations. I would hire Sam again and would recommend him to anyone who needs to hire an architect for their project.

Sam is an amazing Architect, he really simplifies the project and guided us step by step. Sam goes above and beyond our expectations, to making our project a reality. Also another thing which really helped us out was his willingness to answer our questions any time we had them, often times he would even come by in person to better explain things to us, if he felt that we didn't clearly understand. Which is a huge plus for someone like us who is taking on a large scale project for the first time.
