When I first met Gabriel he promised that he would make selling my parents' house as easy and painless as possible and WOW did he deliver! He provided excellent advice on fixing up and staging, arranged for phenomenal photography and created a brochure showcasing the property that was top-notch and emphasized all the best features about it. The house was listed on a Thursday, had a Saturday Open House and was sold by Sunday morning - PHENOMENAL. He handled all the back and forth to get a better price, advised on what offers to take and basically handled every part of the sale so that all I had to do was sign on the dotted line.
