Mark is a great agent! He will get you what you want and make sure you have everything you need as well! He gets to know you on a personal level and asks questions about you and your hobbies to gain a feel for things you may not have known you want in a home to make sure he covers everything for you! He's up front and you won't find yourself wondering if you need to read between the lines on anything. He will give you a real break down without overpromising and underdelivering on things!
