If I can give this company 0 stars I would. Clinton is the most disrespectful human being I have ever encountered. He is unprofessional and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS TENANTS. Carlos and Enrique are also very RUDE, LAZY, and UNPROFESSIONAL. This staff has absolutely NO EMPATHY or consideration for paying tenants. They WILL not fix any repairs. It's been years since I have raised my concerns regarding safety hazards that should be reported to the city for an inspection! They will ignore your concerns and block your number and disrespect you! The pictures I provided are only a few of the MANY videos and pictures I have. Mind you the precaution cones I BOUGHT THEM they were NOT provided by the owner. The safety hazards present in this complex are truly alarming and pose a serious risk to the well-being of tenants. For starters, the staff have removed the water valves and hoses, leaving tenants vulnerable in the event of a fire. In addition, all of the lighting has been removed from the complex, making it extremely difficult to see at night and navigate their way through the complex. The driveway gate has been broken for years, allowing anyone to enter the premises without restriction. Furthermore, there are gang slogans tagged on the property that have not been removed, and there are no security cameras in place. Perhaps the most concerning issue is the damaged and broken cement on the second floor, which poses a significant risk of collapse and could lead to serious injury or even death. Despite being aware of these safety hazards, the owner, Clinton Ludecke, and the maintenance staff, Carlos and Enrique, have refused to take action to address them. As someone who values their safety and well-being, it is essential to choose a rental property that prioritizes these concerns. This apartment complex in El Monte fails to meet these basic standards and should be avoided at all costs. I strongly advise anyone considering renting a unit through “Ludecke Property Management Inc” to think twice and consider safer options elsewhere. YOUR SAFETY MATTERS

The only thing they're good at is charging you the rent and utilities. As far as ever getting back to you on any repairs or fixtures, expect empty promises. They will schedule an appointment with you for a repair, and just never show up, never follow up with a call or text, and just leave you hanging. Once, I was waiting on something to be picked up. I was told to expect the guy to arrive between 8am and 12pm. He never showed. I called and when I I told Carlos that that no one had shown up, he just said well it isn't 5 yet. I was not informed that I should be expecting the guy at a later time. I guess I'm supposed to read minds. Regardless, the guy never even showed up and it was weeks before the guy eventually came. When contacting Carlos and ludecke properties for any repairs, they only said that they needed to check with the owner. Nothing was ever fixed, and when I later communicated with the owner, she never received any communications about the repairs. Terrible service and terrible business ethic. Would not recommend this property management company.
