I have always been completely satisfied with my services. The pickup service is always prompt and no debris is left behind. The workers are always friendly/waving if I’m leaving home during their pickup time. Overall, outstanding customer experience!

The time for pickup is really good. My complaint is they leave a tremendous amount of trash in my can because I think they empty it out too quick.

They don’t pickup when they suppose too ! I have to report them at least once a month or so ! Very unprofessional! Then when you call you can’t ever talk to a human ! The computer don’t help it makes me mad every time I call they don’t help at al you don’t have the right options about missed pickup ! I want to talk to a supervisor I’ve asked every time and no one ever calls me back ! The worse business I’ve ever had for garbage pickup ! Im going to call the better business bureau

We HAVE to use this company and it reflects in their service. Our dumpsters are thrown down and usually in the ditch with trash around the area. You can look up and down the road and see all the dumpsters laying down. When you pass the trucks both the driver and person collecting dumpsters can often be spotted on cell phones.
