Polina and Patrick were awesome to work with. Polina was so proactive. She suggested several homes that she wanted to show us. She joined us at Open houses, for opinions and support. She did her research with the Listing Agents before we saw a home and was able to answer a lot of our questions at our showing. Anything she didn't know, she would find out ASAP.

We just met them as a result of a phone call from Polina. She said she noticed that I was looking at a particular home and would be happy to assist us further. I instantly liked her "vibe" and said "yes, let's do this!"

We were not easy to satisfy. I was an Escrow Officer for 30 plus years, I know a lot of great Real Estate Agents and a few "shady" ones. We are retired and VERY picky about where we would invest most of our life savings. They were so patient and kind and understanding.
