First of all, let me begin with, this is not the first time I have used Caffee Environmental. I used them about 10 years ago and Issac was so nice, did a fantastic job, and charges a fair price. It was a no brainer that when I had problems again, I immediately called him. And this time was no different. I thought my septic pump had failed and got a price from him to replace it and pump my tanks. He gave me a price, and I was good with it. Well today, when he came out, he discovered that my float valve had went bad and the pump was still good. A less reputable company would have put a new pump in to increase their revenue, but Issac didn't and it saved me over $2,000.
So if you are in the market for having some septic work done, you should give Caffee Environment a call. I don't think you will regret it. I know I won't call anyone else.

These guys are awesome. had a huge clog in my septic system, called them at the last minute on a Friday and they were on another job but came super quick and I mean quick to get my tank cleaned and clean the clogged pipe.would definitely not use anyone else.very professional and proud to recommend. After a very hard rain, we started having trouble with our septic tank. I called Mr. Caffee & he was able to work us in the next day. He & his worker were very professional, with a friendly attitude. They even fixed a water line, that I wrongly told them wasn't in use & could cut. I would absolutely recommend this company. They arrived in a very nice, clean truck, they worked hard to fix our problem & were very fairly priced aswell!

These guys just left my house after pumping our septic tank. They were nice, quick, and efficient. I called this morning and they worked me in same day! They even recommended a plumber that is coming out same day as well! These guys were life savers to this stressed out pregnant lady!
