Update 2023: I'm revising my review once again and bringing it back up to five stars. The terrible customer service lady named Melissa no longer works there. I now had to deal with her at the middle school. That's where the one star review is going now.

2022: this place now has terrible customer service and shakes their hands at people and yells at them and tells them to leave just because they're wondering where they're ace rewards points are! (Melissa) I would highly suggest not hiring this woman for a job that deals with people because she will ruin your business.

This place has good home improvement products and good customer service too. I just bought a house close by and they have everything I need for it. I never have a problem finding anything because the staff is always standing by to help. They matched the house paint really well. I got some good quality tools here too and when I had a problem starting my new saw (user error) they had certified technicians close by to help. I'm glad I purchased the saw here. I will definitely be back for more products in the near future.

Hard to find facilities like this where I am now living. Still about a 30 - 40 minute drive from where I am. Well stocked, but as per usual it ain't no Home Depot...the pricing of items is rather high, higher than many other Ace Hardware's I've been to.

I always receive excellent customer service when I walk in here! I'm always greeted with a smile and a 'welcome in' and I'm asked multiple times throughout my shopping if I need help finding anything! Everyone is always friendly and always willing to go above and beyond just being a cashier or stocking person!

The entire inside crew need to watch some customer service videos because they act rude, look at you like you're an inconvenience, don't make small talk, or even look at you while they are helping you like your some bum off the street and not like the customer paying their wages.. the outside guy working lumber is the nicest dude there hands down. While everyone else said idk if we can do that he said the correct thing for a customer which is no problem sir I can do that for you. All I wanted was wood cut. What kind of lumber and tradesmen shop can't handle a saw or can look you in the eye and tell you nobody can cut precision cuts? The whole staff inside should be replaced, especially the two blondes inside. Never been treated like I'm a problem just for shopping before. Send that skinny nasty personality blonde to manners school while you're at it. I'd pay extra for real service somewhere else if they weren't pretty much the only option in this town.
