After meeting with 3 other contractors, we ultimately chose to work with Jack and Melissa at J Manifold Construction and we are SO thankful we did. Jack and Melissa are attentive, budget conscious, and value their relationships with their clients as well as their crews. Melissa was amazing when it came to our vision, and making our dream home come to life. I felt like she really listened to what I wanted and made it happen in a way that was tasteful. Jack and Melissa only use the best quality materials and craftsmanship on their projects and do so in a way that doesn’t bust the budget. Not to mention they’re project managers Trey and David are awesome, from last minute stain selections to custom built barn doors, these guys work hard and get the job done right. JMC restored and updated my older home to its former glory while gutting and updating the kitchen and bathrooms and building an addition. Jack and Melissa were wonderful to work with. This was a large project and while I had some ideas, I needed their expert and professional recommendations and suggestions. Excellent communication, follow-through, high quality construction. Highly recommend!
