John is horrible. He tried to rent me a house that wasn't finished and that he didn't plan on fixing before I moved in. Counter tops were burnt. Gate had graffiti. Garbage in the yard. The stove handle was broken. The tile floor was all scratched up. The carpets looked half ass clean. John mixed my husband up with some one else and told him "tell me about your record" my husband has no record , and John proceeded to tell him " he won't tolerate none of his bull here" .. My is husband is a law abiding citizen so it was either a mix up or he was racially profiling. It was very unprofessional. I will not be going back. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I had a million questions since I knew nothing about buying a home, and he always answered them promptly and always left me feeling good about this whole process. I always pictured buying a home as something super stressful and never imagined a realtor would treat you like a friend/family member like he has. My fiancé and I were very stressed about everything but he always put us at ease. I have a very hectic schedule that requires my phone to be off 12 hours a day, and he still was able to accommodate me every time something came up. Completely unprofessional company put in my application and paid background checks over 6 weeks ago for a rental house went in their office twice to find out an answer her nothing had made at least six calls still haven't heard anything back avoid these people

Exit Realty put holes in my walls plumbing and not fix them the people downstairs bugs in their walls are coming up stairs they are slum Lords all he cares about is profit
