I can't say enough about Rick and his team. My house is old, and an issue arose where the front door could not open. It posed a severe threat to my family, as there is no other way to exit the home safely in the event of a fire. I tried everything, and tried to get handymen and others to come take a look, but kept getting the runaround.

I finally called RRA Construction, and I'm glad I did. Rick and an employee came out quickly, and on time. The price RRA charged was very fair, and the issue was resolved quickly. I can sleep much better at night knowing that if something happens, I can get my family out of the house safely and quickly.

Do NOT use this "contractor" he is the most unprofessional person that my husband and I have ever had the displeasure to work with and honestly in our opinion, might be bi-polar. He is great at first impressions and won our business by pretty much being a "yes-man" saying that he could do everything in our budget just to win our business... but don't be fooled. He actually doesn't know much about construction and hires subs to do everything, when we ask him a question about the project he asks his subs. He doesn't do any physical work, just used our money to hire subs and be the planning person. He lied about knowing his way around the planning department and cost us time for a historic/preservation permit that he said we didn't need but we actually need so it is pushing everything back another 6 months just to get approval. He has tried to get away with not doing work that he was paid for and in the beginning he said he would complete work in 3 months. We have caught him in multiple lies. It has now been over a year and work has still not been done. Work is very substandard and if we point anything out to him that needs to be fixed it either doesn't get done or he has the nerve to say things like "you have to learn to live with it." if he doesn't finish the work that we paid for soon we will be suing him and taking away his license to operate. A lawyer reviewed our case and said with all the electronic and written evidence its a slam dunk. Working with him has been the WORST decision of our lives and I want to save you from making the same horrible mistake we did. If you want details about our horrible experience feel free to message me.
