I used Cedar Real Estate to purchase my first home in Costa Mesa in October of 2011 and could not be happier with the service that I received. Ziad was amazing. He found great listings, helped us understand what we were looking for, answered my unending stream of questions, was readily available and flexible when necessary, had contacts in the industry, wasn't pushy, had our best interest in mind, helped to avoid mistakes, was great at negotiate offers and getting us a great deal, remained positive despite multiple setbacks in the search, was 100% honest at all time, etc, etc, etc, I could go on and on. He was recommend to us by a family member who had bought and sold two houses in South Orange County and I have already recommended him to a good friend of mine who is in the process of looking for a house and is also very happy with the service he is receiving. Give him a shot, you will not be disappointed.
