Our first architect didn't know how to do light industrial. I got in touch with Anna Purvis on Christmas Eve. She got right back to me! Once she had the job she kept going, she's the most responsive, detail oriented Architect I've ever worked with. She came out, met with all the people working on the job, resubmitted with all comments answered, and I got the permit with her first review! I'll be using her on all my future projects. She works on everything from multi-million dollar commercial projects and still takes residential projects.

This review is long due. We needed drawings to get permit for fire reconstruction. Anna was easily reachable and she gave her all inclusive cost for taking measurements, doing the drawings and submitting the permit application. She was at the property next day to start working. And even though she had asked for 3 weeks to submit application, we were done in 2 weeks including few minor revisions of her drawings. Permit was approved in first time and all inspections passed. She was expensive compared to few other companies I had reached out to via yelp. But, she had fixed cost and was readily available. Thanks Anna for great service.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Anna Purvis Architecture. Anna is very professional and great to work. Prior to me obtaining Anna service, working with the city was a total nightmare experience. With Anna, she explained what was needed from the city. Her architectural design that was submitted to the city was accurate and dead on. We received the permit from the city within a month. This process normally takes months to complete. Along with her knowledge and expertise, Anna was always there when I had any questions regarding my project. Great communication. She exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond with the service she provides getting my project approved and permitted it. I highly recommend Anna and will work with Anna again in the future.
