We recently used Modoc for the construction of our new 10K sq ft Klamath Hospice office building. They were amazing to work with and everyone of their employees (and subcontractors) were courteous, professional, and helpful. Any needs we had they responded to quickly and made sure things were exactly how we wanted them. They really made the commercial construction process as seamless as possible.
