We first moved out of state and he helped us to secure a renter at our home. Dave was fantastic in all aspects of the home selling process. At our initial meeting he was well prepared to explain what he would do differently to sell our home, and based on certain market factors, when we should list. He gave us recommendations on the few changes we should make to attract the most buyers. Within a week he presented a thorough pricing analysis and selling strategy. Dave went above and beyond in getting great photos, videos, and the Online marketing of the property. This included social media to targeted audiences, generating 100 unique parties who came to our open house. In less than a week we reviewed 6-7 offers. Further, he handled complex issues that came up during escrow, with skill and confidence. We have sold 4 homes over the years. I know it is rare to find an agent who is an expert at digital marketing (in fact - many don't know how to do this), proper pricing analysis, who personally attends the open house, and has the experience to deal with a host of issues that undoubtedly come up in the same of an older home.
