I heard Amber King was there after leaving a complex where I live. I was so sorry to hear she had left. She was the best thing that ever happened to us out here.
You are very lucky to have her there. She truly cares about her residents. She will always be in your corner making sure her people are taken care of. If you have a need or an issue she will listen and do her best to make sure it's addressed.
She's the BEST!

The entire property staff is very nice and professional. They answered all my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. They were all a pleasure to work with especially the property manager Amber. She is very personable and really gets to know everyone personally.

This property has the most awesome staff! The office employees are always so friendly, helpful, and always have good snacks ?
The maintenance crew (who are rarely needed, because my apartment has always been in good shape) is always there quickly and fix and finish the projects in no time!
If you’re looking for an apartment that isn’t going to break the bank and also has great community these are the apartments for you!!

After visiting the office for apartment information I was very impressed with the changes Indian Springs has made over the last 3 years. The property looked well kept. The office staff was very professional and welcoming. The new Property Manager was super friendly and helpful.

I was initially excited to move in and happy with the place, however my laundry dryer did not work on day 1. I have put in at least 5 maintenance requests.
First request: took over a week for someone to show up. He said he didn't know anything about dryers and would send someone else by. I waited over a week and no one ever showed up.
Second request: After waiting 2 weeks, I called the office and they sounded surprised to hear from me. I imagine the maintenance person never actually told anyone that the dryer had not been fixed. They said they would send someone out.
Third request: I waited several more days, then finally someone came. He spent several hours tearing the dryer apart down to a shell. After many hours he declared it fixed.
Fourth request: After the maintenance guy left, I started a load of laundry. The dryer ran for less than 2 minutes, then died in exactly the same way as before. I called maintenance and they said they would put my request at the "top of the pile".
Fifth request: I received an automated email saying my maintenance request had been closed and asking me to rate my experience. I emailed them yet again on Thursday. It's now the following Monday and I've heard nothing from them.

OVER 1 MONTH AFTER MOVING IN, still no working dryer. To call this pathetic is an understatement. I would strongly caution anyone thinking of moving here that if the maintenance person doesn't want to fix something, it will NEVER get fixed!

If I could give Indian Spring Apartments a negative 0 rating, I would. The management team is beyond unprofessional. They frequently shut off essential utilities without providing prior notice to tenants. Just today, I was giving my autistic daughter a bath, and suddenly the water was cut off. She was covered in soap, and despite calling the office 10 times, no one answered. I went there in person, and they told me they had to shut the water off for repairs—again, without notifying the tenants. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It also happened last week. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can leave this place. Completely unacceptable.

Been here a month, here for work. This is not my primary resident (thank God).

In the past 30 days I still haven't received a mailbox key, Hot water has went out, plugged a brand new microwave in to a outlet in the kit hen and sparks shot out (blew up my microwave), fart fan in upstairs bathroom doesn't work, outs in the master bedroom didn't work, light in stairs flicker on and of (when I actually comes on) carpet smells like dog/cat piss, cover plates on 2nd bedroom switch missing.

Needless to say, the people in the office are useless. Never a sense of urgency and always someone else's fault. At what point do you act as an advocate for your leasee's? Answer, never...

Stay away from this place.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. In the two years I lived there, we were met with extremely unprofessional staff, no communication, and ignoring work orders completely. I do not recommend this place, it is truly awful.
