Paul and his team are fantastic agents. They have helped me understand the inland lake real estate market in SW Michigan. We were fortunate to be introduced to Paul DeLano and his assistant Amy when searching for a new home in the area. Not only was he willing to set up appointments last minute on a holiday weekend but he was incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market, had professional referrals (e.g. inspections) at the ready, and was patient with all of our questions. Our purchase was complicated by a drawn out contingency requiring a couple of extensions, a long distance move with multiple complications and a last minute change in closing dates all of which he and Amy accommodated no problem. Even after closing Paul has served as resource as we settle in to the area. We highly recommend The Lake Life Realty Group!

Paul is the go-to agent in the area. He has a wide breadth of market knowledge about each lake, excellent communication and negotiating skills and overall understanding of what it takes to sell lakefront property.

He has an amazing support team who help take quality photos, develop compelling advertising copy, and send out timely feedback. We could not be more please with the results of his work as we listed our lake home in the dead of winter and he was able to sell the home in what is normally a quiet time of year.

Lake Life took the time to understand my situation and what was most important to me in a home. I’ve bought and sold a number of places as a consumer but our experience with Paul was a nightmare. He talked a great story but once we listed he was a ghost. We’d come back after a showing and find our front door wide open and trash in the house. Had a number of buyers fall through after Paul made “promises” on our behalf without asking us. Really? We dumped him after many painful months and had the place sold in 30 days. Buyer (and Seller) beware. He’s a con man with a realtor’s license.
