UNBELIEVABLY PERFECT EXPERIENCE ON A TOUGH ASK!!! I’m a retired real estate lawyer, and I simply had no idea that this kind of service is available in the residential markets. My summary for my home sale and ALL the contents: (a). 30 days from listing to closing, (b) 11% over competitively priced ask, and (c) I didn’t have to lift a finger and EVERYTHING in the place was sold, donated or trashed and left clean!!! Renata and her team really felt like family members taking loving care of me. If you want the team that will give it their all, look no further than Renata and her crew!!! Seriously, you’ll be doing yourself a disservice elsewhere knowing she’s out there…

This was the best experience I’ve had in my many years and too many moves! Renata went beyond the call of duty and was exceptional in taking care of all the details. She made every aspect of my “out of state” purchase smooth, easy and fun. She is like a one stop shop: all her recommendations were impecable: from the inspection, to the lawyers, to the closing agent, to the movers. Furthermore, her diligence, care and professionalism continues after the deal is sealed.
I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor to make me feel welcome and at home in my new State. And I now consider her much more than my Realtor!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Renata helped me find the space in Northbrook and it was not an easy process. She got my ideas of what I wanted first and then found me some great options. Showed me every single one of them without any pressure to make a decision right away. Once I made up mind to move forward with the one in Northbrook, she did not stop but she helped me through out the entire process. And then she came to celebrate with me. 🙂 She a great person who truly likes doing what she does and you can feel the energy. I highly recommend.

I’ve never met anyone so greedy & selfish. This woman has ruined my life with the property she sold me. She convinced me to put an offer way above asking. She recommended her “amazing” inspector. He sure did give an “amazing” report on the property… then it started falling apart the first week I bought it and continues to get worse every month. I can’t help but to think they work together. (Dish washer leak, insect problem. Faucets are clogged. Ac needed to be replaced. Refrigerator sounds like a jet is about to take off) I’ve never been so disappointed, especially since I thought she was very nice when I met her, to the point I thought maybe we could have become friends. Don’t fall for the act. And the worst part, my intuition kept telling me to pull out of the deal and every time I asked her about getting my earnest money back, she would avoid the question and continue to push me to go through with it. If this review prompts a response from her, I’m sure it’s going to be sugarcoated with political correctness. Don’t be fooled like I was because no matter how much I try to give her the benefit of the doubt, I know for a fact she would have never purchased that property herself or sold it to a loved one for that price and the state that it was in.
Obviously, all agents want to make money but anyone with a moral compass would have looked at this nightmare, and turned their clients away. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.
