Richard set the standard for dual representation, truly. Despite the challenges of dual representation, he handled the transaction with professionalism and transparency throughout.

While dual agency can be tricky, Richard worked hard to stay neutral and fair.

Excellent Realtor. I used Steve to buy my first unit and used him again on a sale. He is knowledgable and accurate on pricing and what needs to be done and when. The buyer requested a quick closing and Steve made the process smooth and stress-free. He even went out of his way to resolve unexpected issues that popped up. For example, two carbon monoxide sensors needed to be added. He bought these on his own dime and even installed him. I highly recommend Steve!
