Great place! I stayed there for 1 year while I was in California. Any issues I had with the apartment were addressed very quickly and all the residents were extremely respectful. Monica ran the apartments and she was extremely nice and was always on top of things. Highly recommend!

I lived here for 5 years. It was my first apartment in Los Angeles. I have recently moved on to homeownership by purchasing my first home. It was a bittersweet moment. However, it was time to go. I can’t say enough good things about my time living there. I always felt safe, and was always impressed with how the grounds were maintained. Also, the diligence of the apartment manager was always A+. I would recommend this building to anyone looking to have a safe, affordable, quiet and beautiful place to live in Mission Hills. The apartment was nice. The rent was not too high. There are stores nearby for groceries or to go and get a bite. The manager is very cool. She really cares about folks. The neighbors are annoying though.
