Probably many of people who will read this review they most likely are going through what we went through. It’s scary these days to hire companies especially for such huge project and expensive one too!! I’ve looked up many companies, red many reviews, asked around had consultations and weren’t convinced. Finally, One day one of my clients told me she got her pool done by “Majestic pools and spas” and she highly recommended them!! I immediately reached out and set up a consultation appointment with Riley who goes by Ski. WOW, Riley was AMAZING he came prepped, his consultation was super informative, he listened to what I wanted, all the details, he laid out the pros and cons, was so up front and honest. Other people when they came to the consultation were super short, quick and some didn’t even want to come they would just give a quote over the phone. I know shocking!! Yeah, Riley killed it honestly. I was sold, then we moved forward and he created a design for us and had a zoom meeting went over everything AGAIN!!

Company overall EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! They finished our pool in 7 weeks. Everything was said in the consultation and first meeting with our project manager Pat happened. Communication throughout the entire project, our backyard was never on pause, work was weekly done, fast, professional and efficient. They also clean after themselves. Throughout the project we wanted to add few little things, we communicated to our project manager Pat and his assistant Robin, they will just make it happen no problem and no push backs. We had many questions, both Pat and Robin were always super responsive and never had any push backs.

James gave lots of information during jets and start up install too. Super helpful!

Still can’t get over how the design that Riley made us came so real. I’ll show the design with the real pics.

Thank you to the entire team for all the hard work you put into making our pool and backyard come to reality. You guys are the best and will be recommending you to EVERYONE.

Majestic Pools and Landscape were awesome! They worked so well with each other and also my sunroom and fabricator. They were super responsive to my text messages and clearly outline timelines. I was super impressed at the level of communication and cooperation. It was completed on time and to my satisfaction. They really listened to my needs and supported my creative ideas and found a way to put it all together to make a beautiful but highly functional backyard. I am so happy and appreciative of their dedication to make our family happy. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Just completed a beautiful pool & landscape project with Majestic. They did an outstanding quality job for us, starting with Shawna helping finalize the design we had in mind and Rob (the owner) who came over a few times and gave really good suggestions to improve the layout of the pool creating areas for little kids, pool-volleyball, a horseshoe-shaped spa, and two Baja shelves. We then moved to selecting details with Baylee who helped with coping, tiles, a waterfall and an amazing set of water-fire bowl features. Then onto execution under the supervision of Connor (pool) and later Jeremiah (landscape). Jeremiah kicked the project into high gear and got us through the finish line in time for Christmas. We are super happy with the quality of the construction, the design, and overall experience at a reasonable price (I had 5 bids on this project). I highly recommend the company and this team. Where else do you have the owner come over and provide very practical, affordable suggestions based on many years of experience building pools. Fantastic team - thank you!

Majestic pools was the second contractor I engaged for my pool, so I had a comprehensive frame of reference... Majestic delivered on budget and on time. Solar heating was the only item that fell outside the three month schedule (effective on dig date). Experienced people, good design guidance, good quality and best value I found.

I am finally writing this review to highly recommend Majestic Pools. I just wanted to say that if you are looking for a pool builder that you can depend on then call Rob Romero at Majestic Pools. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Rob was great throughout the whole design and building process. He is a great and very friendly person to deal with. He gave us several options to consider and we stayed within our budget.
Rob made the plans to blend in with the existing landscaping. He was even careful not to harm already existing fruit trees in my backyard.
This company stands behind their pools. I have called Rob on several occasions with questions and he is always quick to respond.

James was also great and explained everything I needed to know to care for the pool and the maintenance of the equipment.
We are extremely happy with the pool that Rob and his company build for us. The pool looks amazing day or night, we have gotten several compliments. If we ever move and have to build another pool, I would have Rob with Majestic Pools do it again without any hesitation!

This is our second pool build, and know how important trust is between contractor and customer. Majestic was recommended by a friend and after being ghosted by another pool builder, and a couple of other good quotes, it came down to trust and quality. Ski did an outstanding job listening to our wants and desires and came up with a design that we really liked (our HOA has never seen a better description and graphics than ours.)

We faced several delays due to heavy rains, granite shelf in our yard, and finally the COVID pandemic. The build came to a grinding halt when we found a huge blue granite shelf in our yard. The owner, Rob, came ower and provided a couple of options (none of which he was charging his overhead for.) In the end, it made sense for us to turn our pool 90 degrees but retain the original design.

We had a fantastic project manager in John. He communicated every step of the way and has always been very responsive when we had questions. It is like both Ski and John have become part of our family. John's ability to work with us and the various teams made the build far easier than it otherwise would have been. John is a great guy and easy to work with. When small issues presented themselves, John would always fix them immediately.

Highly recommend Majestic if you are looking for a quality build and great customer service (ask for Ski aka Riley and John 😉 )

The team is warm and professional, and they are very passionate about what they do. They were always willing to educate us about materials and how everything works together. Their designs are stunning, and they have helped build so many oases in San Diego County.
