We are forever grateful for Regina at cfmg. My family of three was struggling finding a place and Regina definitely did her best helping us. We started of in a one bed one bath just big enough for the three of us. And now today we are in a much more spacious home thanks to Regina for helping us and blessing us with this beautiful home. If you are about to do business with them please seek for a Property Law firm to review any documents before you sign any documents Regona lies in your face with no remorse she will say something and do the oposite she is shady and racist, her goal is to get your money at all cost.

I want to leave a bad review to this Financial and for Regina to. I think she’s a RACIST person. She treated me so bad, she screamed to me. She ain't no professional. And the last thing she did, she hang out the phone saying that she didn’t want to help me and with out saying any more words. If you want to risk treating with this type of persons, Call this Financial.

Regina Lipscomb is the most dishonest person I've ever rented from in 10 years renting without a dime taken out of my security deposit. I am a super nice tenant and have always respected the property I've rented. I've always kept my rental neat and clean without ever causing any damages, unless in a rare case of an accident for which I've always promptly taken care of. Regina was late returning my deposit and she kept $1000 out of my $1600 deposit. She sent a cleaning crew, a yard crew, a carpet crew, and a general contractor to do and repair things that were already old and broken when I moved in - such as a 1970 garage to house entry door. If you want to pay your rent on time every single month, not damage anything and still be charged for stuff you're not responsible for when you move out, rent from Regina. Beware of the fact that she's super rude after you sign the contract and she'll only look after the interests of greedy dishonest property owners, and she'll do whatever dishonest things she can to make money on you.

Regina and Rick are the most professional, ethical, friendly and responsive property management agents I've ever had the pleasure of working with as a tenant. They are very fair to both tenants and clients, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
