Monument Land Surverying is the best surveying company in Santa Barbara. I have referred Dan Eisengart often. His initial contact helped me clarify what I needed and what he could provide for me. He stayed in touch as to the date he would be there and how long it would take. He did his homework at the city to see what documents were already on record. He explained to me what he was doing on site and helped me understand what that meant for my ADU project. He found existing survey monuments that verified his measurements. I received a follow-up letter of confirmation certifying his work. Overall great service and he's a really nice person!
