The construction being conducted on 12th street has to be the worst ive ever seen in my 15 years in construction. As a Superintendent for a GC here in sandiego i can assure you that if my SWPPP and BMP's were 1/8th as bad as your company has left our street id be shut down and fined thousands of dollars. You have machines parked in the street with no drip pans or diapers. Spoils piles in the road and gutter with no waddle or tarps. Absolutely zero dust control or cleanup after each day. Our once asphalt road looks like a trail in Ocotillo wells. Storm drains and brow ditches clogged abd zero care from your forman who would rather yell and cuss then fix the issues he has created. Your traffic control permit requires a lane open for emergency services and private drives to be accessed and egressed. Your crews feel that this is their private parking labe and will yell at pregnant women on their way to a DR apt rather then letting them through. By far one of the most embarrassing operations ive ever witness. This has been reported to the state water board as your forman sent me over the line with his lack of knowlage and professionalism as i was only trying to help him and your company from acquiring fines. If your a GC or owner developer here in san diego i would highly recommend not using this company on any project moving forward unless you want headaches fines and possibly lawsuits as their workers have zero respect for the publics health and safety. Their high line is currently feeding every house on 12th street 120 degree tap water as they have covered the highline in cold patch asphalt. Do your self a favor and hire a real wet utility contractor like TC or Basil if your looking for a contractor for upcoming work. Truly a bummer as all we want is cold tap water and a street thats clean and accessible. This company owe everyone on 12th an apology.

This construction company is horrible they have been working in our neighborhood. They are very unsafe , horrible staging area . Trash everywhere and they put huge cement pieces at a top of the hill blocking in coming traffic. Who does that accident waiting to happen and probably a law suit
