I knew when we bought our fixer upper it would need vision and work!! I had a dream house in mind but wasn't sure how it was going to be achieved within our budget. It seemed overwhelming and impossible to get the house I envisioned. As well, however creative I think I can be, I knew I needed someone that had a bigger vision than me and could keep me on track with a single idea. The first time I talked to Sam I knew he would be a great match for our home. He offered great advice, and help, and wasn't afraid to steer me away from designs that would not accomplish our goals. Sam listened to our ideas and offered his as well. He gave me ease of mind answering questions and guiding me as I have never done this before. In the end he was able to produce a beautiful design for us.
Working with Sam was very easy, he was so incredibly patient offering us multiple plans to choose from or changing things around. I always felt like a priority. He produced all his work in a timely manner usually before he promised it. Sam took so many things into consideration like our location, budget, and needs of our family. Everything was done very professionally and many contractors that bid our job were anxious to work with us because of Sam's great reputation as a architect, commenting that his designs were engineered well, professional, had great curb appeal and that they would be honored to build for him. To us that says a lot!!

We are so grateful we found Sam and the SK7 team! They did a great job giving us a design/floor plan for our very outdated house. Our ideas of what we wanted to be changed throughout the process and Sam was very accommodating, adaptable, and patient with us. He listened to our concerns and in the end gave us a product we are totally happy with. SK7 has great communication, we were never left guessing on when things would be completed, this kind of reliability can be hard to find. We’ve only done the design phase so far but as soon as we get approvals (and money) to build we will definitely have SK7 complete the engineering/construction phase of plans.
