He takes the time to explain the process and your options, and is very patient. He was always able to schedule a showing whenever we asked (even on short notice) and either he or his colleague Todd Welch would join us to tour the home. After our offer was accepted, Todd and his team, including Megan, were responsive and gave us a heads up about the documents we would need to sign and next steps. Most notably, Todd handled all of our inspections because we were out of town. He sent us videos, photos, and outlines of the reports with cost estimates to fix any issues. He exceeded my expectations for a broker. Throughout the process he was competent, detail-oriented, great negotiator, and his experience in construction was a plus.
