When I called former clients they couldn't say enough good things about him and I understand why. He says what he'll do and do what he says. You can trust him, and he delivers. My daughter and I sold our house and started new adventures. I needed to downsize and buy a condo. Unfortunately I do have some physical struggles, especially walking, and am considered disabled. I was so touched when he, completely on his own, went the extra mile and got video footage to show me how far I would have to walk to the parking lot and mail box on one unit I liked. I wound up not getting that unit but found a better unit I could afford with close parking, and I could drive to the mailbox, so we solved that. He really cares about the work he does, and is very calm, willing to explain things for novices like me, and wonderful to work with. I so appreciate his efforts. Thank you David!

David is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. The process of buying a house was totally new to us but David was really helpful and he was always accommodating! He walked us through the whole process effectively. He explained things and answered our questions clearly. He reminded me what was the next step. I was always at work but I could counted on David that he would make sure things would get done in a timely manner. In addition, he was always available when we needed him. David was great. He was very knowledgeable of real estate values in the area. Very good in setting strategies for sale and asking price. He also recommended the minimum cosmetic repairs needed to get the best price. I am an out-of-town owner and David knew the people to call to clear out furniture, clean, and make needed repairs. He knew the answers to my questions and did not try to fake anything. His marketing was to get multiple offers, and good thing, as the first accepted offer backed out, and we sold to the next offer in line.

David is very professional and really went the extra mile in making sure I found my dream home. He goes above and beyond what other agents would do, because he truly cares about his clients, he only wants the best for them. I love that he took the time to find out what I truly must have in the home and what wasn’t as important for me to have.
