New housing development on Camino Santa Fe. Construction appears to be moving along quickly. This will be a nice place to raise a family.
The community is nearing completion and the homes look really nice.

This company advertises units available for sale on their website, but then those units are "magically" sold by the time you come in for your appointment and you're placed on a waiting ("priority") list. If you call their local 858 phone number, it routes you to their national call center, and that person's job is just to set an appointment. If you ask if there are any units ACTUALLY available to purchase now, that appointment setter is not allowed to "disclose" that information. Unreal.

The build quality of a lennar homes makes me wonder if they specialized in building mud huts before moving onto residential home.

Would not recommend.

Im still finding issues with my home after living here after a year.

We moved in last year and since then we have been having issues with our flooring. Nothing has been done for this and we keep hearing from them that this is by design. How can shaky flooring be by design? When you spend so much on a new home you don’t expect to be in a situation like this. Really bad experience so far

Don't like the need for digital access to view model homes. Before granting access It asked me to scan my driver's license which I feel is a violation of my privacy. Prefer a live agent holding models open!
