I am a tenant of one of the properties this company manages. The management team of this company is very good on their job. They are very professional in every way that I had been dealing with them in the past and present. Tyler Hansen is a Commercial Property Supervisor that I have worked with since 2018. He showed very friendly attitude towards me whenever I talked to him on the phone calls or through emails. Vivienne Penaflor is a Property Administrator. She is very promptly responding to my questions or requests. I would say this is a thumb up company for what they are doing at their jobs for me as a tenant. Thank you Tyler and Vivienne!

My name is Brian and I am a specialty contractor who in 2020, did work for Investec Real Estate (based in Santa Barbara, CA). They hired us to restore the parking lot lighting at one of their Ventura County properties to ensure every aspect of the facility looked its best. Lightpoles are the first thing people see when they enter a parking lot, and when they look dilapidated, the aesthetics of the entire property suffer. The fact Investec had us restore their parking lot lightpoles before they became dilapidated says a lot about them. I have found such care and attention to the details is a rare thing these days. This was my first experience working for them. The reality is everybody treats a client, or a potential client, with a ton of respect, professionalism and responsiveness. Judging the value and worth of a potential vendor or real estate manager on these parameters is worthless. The true measure should be on how they treat the people who work for them. I found every person with whom we interacted at Investec to be polite, respectful, professional and responsive. As their vendor, the fact they paid me on time without me having to pester them tells me everything I need to know about them. I am a small business, easily hurt by late payments, and easily squashed by those with more influence, money, etc. Being paid on time means everything. I cannot attest to how they treat their clients. I do know they treat their vendors exceptionally. Therefore, I can only imagine how nice it would be to be one of their clients.

For the last 2 years I have primarily worked with Lydia Perez whom I have found to be a talented property management supervisor. Lydia employs her prodigious energy for the benefit of the property owner. Most importantly, she employs creative solutions which contribute to the bottom line. Very unprofessional. They invited me to an open house viewing of an apartment for lease and never showed up. I stood outside of the apartment waiting for 20 minutes (along with a few other potential renters), called and emailed, no response. I left voicemails and continued to follow up over email to see what happened and to reschedule a tour of the apartment. Never received a single response, no explanation or apology for not showing. It was a complete waste of my time and really disrespectful to do to someone who’s desperately trying to find a place to live.
