Carlos had an open house scheduled for one of his properties. I showed up during the time advertised but no one was there. I called him and he informed me they accepted an offer (which is fine). I asked if they would accept backups if I was interested. He said sure but made some “snooze you lose” comment. He didn’t apologize for not canceling the open house and also didn’t offer showing the property. He was very dismissive of me. Before I was done talking he hung up. I could have been a potential client for him but his rudeness and dismissive was a turn off. Wasn’t a good feeling being treated like that.
