Lisa was an absolute joy to work with while selling our property. Even though it being a very “unique” time to sell a house with not being able to have Open Houses due to Covid-19, she still pulled through with flying colors, selling our house in less than 2 weeks. Lisa is a Godsend!
I can’t tell you how much were lucky and blessed to be able to work with her.
We were in a bind because we still have our other home that we are currently living in.
Shea Homes will not entertain “contingent” not unless we are going to work with their “trusted agent”, Lisa. Now I know why.

She’s built an incredible reputation working with Shea Homes for over 20 years. My family and I just felt at ease during our initial phone call with her. She’s a great coach and mentor. She definitely walks the talk, follows through any promises she makes, very accessible, responsive, and almost like a friend, not just an agent.
She initially asked about our status quo and what our end goal is. She then very quickly generated several possible strategies towards achieving our goal. We wanted our old house not just marketable but enticing and irresistible to potential buyers. We also wanted to close on time for our new dream home. With all these things in mind, we also don’t want to end up breaking our bank from paying two mortgage/rent commitments simultaneously. Lisa was a critical part for ensuring that this plan would work.

She has definitely made it easier for us to navigate this adventure despite the difficulty of dealing with the COVID crisis, transition from the military, and the financial burden balancing act prepping our old house to sell while my family is living in it and at the same time look for options for temporary living arrangements while waiting for our new house to get built. She’s like “El Chapo” because she knows a lot of people in the realty business. She knows all and only the best people on this business. For example, the photographer that she hired really sealed the deal with those amazing work. It’s like my wife and I fell in love again with the old house after seeing those beautiful and nicely done pictures!

Then it was time to put our old house in the market and for the showing.
Boy oh boy! It was like the flood gates were opened when it finally started! We went on a mini-trip! We were pretty much gone all day starting from 8am because of the amount of interest on the property. The house was only in the market for 2 days and we had to close the spigot due to an overwhelming amount of irresistible offers! I think the quickest home that was sold in our area then was 7 days. This is when we realized how fierce, vicious, and driven Lisa really is!

It would have been possible that we could have closed the escrow in less than 20 days if not for some complications with COVID and HOA, but regardless we still closed in 25 days! That’s really amazing to me what a great job they did on the coordination between the buyer, seller..... and the escrow people.... boy oh boy! They get it done right first time and quickly. It’s really great that Lisa already know who these amazing people are.

Bottom line, Lisa get’s it done, she knows and hires only the best and most talented people in the business, and most importantly she follows through. My family and I are very grateful that we have work with such an amazing person like Lisa! She provides nothing but results! Thank you so much for making my family’s dream come true.
