Dennis Reider was highly recommended to me in April of 2024 by my sister, as a realtor skilled with helping seniors. The first time I met with him he carefully questioned me on what I was looking for. Two days later he was showing me homes in a 55+ community (one of which I eventually bought). The next week he showed me several types of homes, some had senior living situations. I was a widow who had lived in the same 5 bedroom home for 40 years with my husband, then daughter and grandson.

Within 3 weeks he was ready to have an open house in my previous home. He hired an assistant to help me prepare for it. Within 2 more weeks he found a potential buyer for my home. He set me up with an escrow company and guided me through the documents I needed to sign for my new home and previous one.

Dennis suggested I update my new home and helped me find a contractor. By the 7th week the contractor was able to start remodeling my new home. By the 9th week the assistant he had hired, helped me start packing my previous 5-bedroom home. Dennis provided me with moving boxes and packing material. He had his assistant help me have an estate sale. He arranged for junk items at both homes to be hauled away.

On June 22 he paid for a food truck and sent invitations to all my neighbors and my close friends, for a wonderful block party. He recommended a moving company, which moved my belongings to my new home on June 30, 2024. Dennis also helped me find business’ to replace my window coverings, carpeting, and kitchen appliances.

Dennis helped my grandson find an apartment for my grandson that would take his dog. He hired a new assistant to help me unpack my refurbished new home.
He welcomed me to my new home with a beautiful gift basket. I feel I can always count on him for advice and friendship.

Dennis has been very trustworthy, responsive, and hardworking, helping us find our new house for our growing family. Having two little kids, we had to always juggle our schedules for home shopping, but Dennis always made it work and was on top of it even for many last-minute requests. Even during the weekend, he was happy to drive far and tour several houses with us.

Also, he was honest and gave us very helpful insights about houses, so we trusted enough to ask for his opinions about houses because I felt he cared about us and really wanted to find a house that matches our family instead of trying to sell it asap.

The only difficulties we had in the whole process had little to do with him, just the recommended lender didn't work out to our satisfaction at the time we bought, but that's nothing to hold against him. Do your research very well and throughly when it comes to the lenders and inspectors.

During the rest of the process of buying our new house, Dennis and Becca made smooth and easy, and it was nice to have the great team that we could always reach out to when we had questions and concerns.
