Miramonte Homes did a great job with regards to the build process. They were responsive to any requests for change orders, upgrades, etc.

Once the home was sold, things changed a bit. Miramonte was slow to respond to warranty requests. It took over 12 months after moving in to the home to get my laundry doors installed.

In addition, I discovered an expansive homeless encampment in the tunnels under the park right next to our community. Miramonte never mentioned it, despite building homes right next to it for over 12 months.

Personally, I think that Miramonte should have disclosed this, but I understand that some things are out of a builder’s control.

Update: Miramonte has improved their customer service considerably.

Leo and Craig have been very helpful in working with contractors to get the laundry doors painted and installed.

Miramonte and especially Gerrie have been really responsive and helpful the entire time, allowing us to plan things along while the house was being built.

Buying a new house seemed like a scary task especially so during a pandemic. Miramonte did a great job making us feel confident about the process.

My home was built in 2011. Recently, I had a pipe that was installed in the wall behind the kitchen sink crack and flooded my entire kitchen. The plumber who repaired the pipe stated that it was installed improperly resulting in the water throughout my kitchen wall and downstairs flooring. Not only did my house have a problem with flooding, but also a neighbor in the same community had the same issue about a year ago. Additionally, while my home was still in warranty, I mentioned to Vicky at Miramonte that my pipes were rattling in the walls when I turned my washer on. She said that’s normal the pipes should have some flexibility and it’s nothing to be alarmed about. I beg to differ, and I think there is something seriously wrong with the pipes in the wall. I hope I don’t have another flooding incident as a result of the lack of concern and response to address this issue.

Warranty service on stucco is supposed be honored by Miramonte but since they severed ties with their subcontractor I am not getting the much needed repairs. They tell me they have a warranty with their ex subcontractor and I have to wait until they can get them back here. I have been waiting 5 months and Miramonte should honor their warranty service using whatever means possible. Altura Academy Village is a great community but they could of chosen a more reliable builder. I have owned a Miramonte home and lived in this community for 1 year and 5 months.

In my opinion, Miramonte Homes is the class of new home builders in Flagstaff. We looked at others and they couldn't compare to the design of their communities. Everyone we dealt with at Miramonte, from our salesperson to the design consultant to the folks in the office to the onsite construction superintendent were all great to to work with and truly seemed eager to make our experience the best it could possibly be. I would highly recommend Miramonte Homes to anyone wanting a beautiful home in an attractive community, along with a great experience during the entire process.

Miramonte was first class in all of our dealings from start to finish. I was blown away by everyone I dealt with throughout the process. Weather it was the ladies at the design center, Miramonte's sales representative or the superintendent; they were all stellar. Miramonte's team was highly responsive and made me feel like I was the only client they were building for. I was extremely impressed by how attentive they were to the smallest details. We very much appreciated the effort made by the Miramonte team to get our house completed by March 30, 2021. Our sales consultant, Peggy McMIllan, from the start was always very responsive to our questions and with followup and we appreciated her guidance. We felt like she was our advocate. The design team of Lisa and Cheyene were great to work with in deciding the options and upgrades for flooring, kitchen counter tops, tile, bath accessories etc. They have a great eye for what colors and styles go together. They made what could have been very stressful, an enjoyable experience in making those decisions. Finally, Matt, the construction project manager made things happen in the last few weeks so we could get into our home at the end of March. On the final walk-through he was very thorough, took his time, answered all our questions and made us feel good about buying a Miramonte home. Subsequent to moving in, Matt and his assistant, Sam, have been very helpful any answering questions or taking care of minor issues. Overall, we had a very good experience with Miramonte and believe we have a good quality home and would highly recommend them!

My husband and I recently purchased a new townhome built by Miramonte Homes. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of our new home, as well as with the great support and follow through we received from Miramonte representatives throughout the entire process. Our private home inspector viewed townhomes still under construction down the street, and remarked on the quality and craftmanship that clearly demonstrated how well our townhome had been built. And even after the sale Miramonte has been available and responsive to all of our follow up questions and concerns. I highly recommend purchasing a Miramonte built home...you won't be disappointed!
