I had contacted Walsh Engineering after dealing with another surveyor told me our lot line was improperly defined. The other surveyor had a very expensive solution, both in their fees and county fees to fix the problem. Said other surveyor also didn't know how to go the whole process from A to B of fixing the problem. I went to the county, lawyers, realtors, title company, etc, all trying to figure out how to solve the problem., and no one could help.

Someone recommended Walsh to me, and within a day they had figured out someone had just written East instead of West on our deed. Cost me less than a tenth of what it probably would have cost me going the route of the other guys. The whole process was super easy once they were involved. Not helpful at all. I had explicitly asked for the surveyor to talk to me after the job, but he did not stay. They knew why I asked for the survey, but they did not consider any of my concerns. Once you pay, they get very rude if you ask any questions. I do not recommend them.

Walsh Engineering has provided professional engineering services for our 3 lot subdivision project in the County of San Diego, for the past 5+ years, and has provided exemplary service.

Throughout the project, there have been many obstacles, some that we thought were insurmountable and they would have been, if not for the Walsh Engineering Team and their expertise.  Those obstacles included challenging a fire hydrant and street light with the San Diego Fire Protection District, SDG&E, Otay Water District and the County of San Diego.  The Walsh Team argued that infrastructure already existed within the required distance to the property and by recognizing these oversights and advocating for us, Larry Walsh and his team saved us thousands of dollars on our project.
