Ashton and Russell were great and made the sale of our property to their company easy. There were a number of issues with the property which we thought would make the sale complicated; however, it wasn't. Also, given the issues with the property, we thought they would not give us a good offer, but they did and it was very reasonable. If you have reservations about I Buy SD or think they are too good to be true, don't. They are trustworthy and they deliver on their promises.

Keep trying to buy our house for Hundreds of grand less than it's worth both on Zillow and than what we got actual offers for. Why should I sell to you for 600k when I've gotten offers for 800k? Continually sending low ball offers so you can rake in easy money won't get us to sell. Your offers and mail are unwanted as we are un interested in selling, insulting with how low it is, and irritating.
