This is the best realtor I've ever had, very personal like I've known him forever and very professional. Derek has sold my homes twice for me with absolutely timely almost in shock how fast they sold, one was 4 days the other was 1 day. Derek was very pleasant to work with. He was anxious to list our home and hosted an open house within a few days of signing the contract. The house sold within a week of listing. Derek always kept us updated with offers. Once we decided which offer to accept he kept us updated either by email, text or phone call. It was very easy to communicate with Derek. We would definitely use his skills again if we were in the market to buy or sell.

Derek is more than just an amazing real estate agent - he is practically family.
