Mr Felix Diaz came on my property dug up my big sago palm to do some wire installation for At&t and just left on the driveway i had to replanted. Just very unprofessional terrible

I wish ATT would not use this business to do they underground work for Fiber Optics. My neighbor was having ATT put in fiber optics. Lasar Underground Construction was doing the digging for the line. They dug into my lawn(next door) and tore it up and tore up my sprinkler line in 3 places. I contacted them and discussed with Randy (supervisor) and he stated to me they would have someone out the next Monday to fix. The damage was done on a Thursday. Needless to say I never heard anything and I had to have the repairs done myself. I got in touch with Randy again and he "forgot" they were off on that Monday due to the holiday on Tuesday. I explained that I had it repaired because they did not show up on Monday and it was forecast to be 112 degrees out and I was headed out of town. He asked me to send the invoice and they would process to pay. Needless to say several texts and emails and resending the invoice no payment has been made. I never got an answer as to yes or no if they would. I even sent pictures of the damage done. I am now filing legal action and report to the contractors board and better business bureau. Two months later and no resolution from them. No way to do business whatsoever!!

They came to do a job in our complex it took a very long time for them to finish and they took 2 weeks to fill in the hole they left. It took the property management team calling to get it done. So I'm not impressed with company. The work they did was done properly and no mess other than hole being left open.

They worked on my block, cut our internet cables then lied about it after my roommate asked them if they tampered with the cable even though they were working directly out of the same pullbox and still had the audacity to ask to use my water hose.
