They makes choices we been on list over 2 years others was on list not even 6 months and moved in even people from la and Lancaster what about your community of people I have witnesses and proof just recently lady moved in got extra people living with her and other got their men living in and selling drugs from the apartment to people and young teens manager was warned about this written notes was sent nothing has been done there are disabled people really in need for place that was pushed back for low lives it’s gonna have to be a decrimmination complaint if not by Christmas they don’t have place for these 2 people in need I’m helping them do all paperwork that’s needed it’s not fair nor equal to treat others better and lie when place came available they gave it to other people that was way on list the elderly person was before them park palace do the right thing or let’s get extra management also security is needed as well kids all over smoking drugs right under the manager apartment nothing said

I lived here for a year and I have nothing but positive to say about these apartments. The managers are great are were able to answer any and all questions I had. They are running both the phase 1 and 2 so they have to split the office hours. But even with having to do that they always did what they had to do to get work done on both sides. The work orders were always done in a timely manner and they had pest control always coming out for preventive services.

Lived here back in 2013 through 2016. Moving in and out was very simple, they returned me my security deposit. They always had working washers and dryers. They paid for monthly big spraying and nightly security. The gate broke a lot though and took about 2 months to replace our AC unit when it went out. They came and gave us a window AC for the time being but that was a ridiculous amount of time in the dead of summer for that to happen. Aside from that it was a descent place to live. Only other complaints i have are the office staff not always being available when they should be. Especially considering they never answer that hotline number you have to leave a message with. And they did their little inspections where they enter your apartment too often. Other than those few things, definitely the best looking apartments in town.

I got aproved , looked at the unit and never heard from them again. I called them everyday and no answer its been a year now and im still trying to call them.

Always called leave messages but never get a call back they don’t answer I signe up for low income and never heard anything.

Today is Saturday June 10, 2017 and we just called there no one answered not even an answering machine picked up and there is no prerecorded message that's very unprofessional in addition no one available to answer the phone.
