These Civil Engineers told us we had to do thousands of dollars of extra work to our permanent foundation that the County had already signed off on. We had to hire another Civil Engineer who provided us the foundation certificate we needed. BEWARE OF THIS FIRM! luckily they gave us most of our money back, but we had to BEG for it. Even then they kept $50 for gas money. Also they think rural people are stupid, or so they said to us verbally.
