been living here for a little while now nothing but a horrible experience, cats chewing cords in my car because neighbors have so many and just let them free range outside

The mobile homes are decent and affordable. The office manager Marilynn is very sweet and tries to do what she can for everyone living there. The issue is when you move out they will try to take all kinds of money from you. I gave my 30 day notice on July 2, 2021 to the office manager and I moved out August 1, 2021. I received a bill that says I owe $3,900 to the park. $875 for rent for the month of August. I owe $856 in utilities (my utilities never went over $300 when I lived there). Apparently I have to pay for windows that were broken by a little girl in the park (it was reported to the office manager when it happened). When I called management I spoke to a woman named Yvette who at first said she wasn’t going to remove me from my lease (which is month to month. They don’t offer anything else) because apparently the office manager isn’t really employed by them so my 30 day notice wasn’t valid. She said none of my reports were ever noted so I am stuck with this bill 🤷🏻‍♀️

Like I said in the beginning. Decent mobile homes. Affordable. Just know what you’re getting yourself into. Take pictures of any damages, even after they “fix” it because they will foot you with the bill in the end.

This company is shady af. Do not move your family into this mobile home park. They are collecting rent and aren’t even licensed to do so. They do not clean the units before you move in. They overcharge for ultilities and say that you aren’t getting credited back for the amount you paid. You have to TEXT their service department, no phone calls. They take forever on fixing things wrong with the unit and turn it around saying that the tentants are responsible for fixing things wrong with the units! They leave the garbage out for weeks! Disgusting park. You’re better off living in the apartments down the the street.

Love the house were in. The manager helped us get all our stuff 2gether so we could get in a home. Marilyn is great & her husband does all he can 2 keep up with all the stuff in the park. They r cleanin up this park alot since the old managers trashed the park.

Its a quiet place to live so much so it can become boring. You have to travel in order to do things. Theres a pool but youd have to share it with all the bees and wasps so you cant really enjoy it. Managements nice. Ohh and the only internet provider in the area is ATaT and it runs extremely slow so not ideal for gamers. Windy most days so make sure everything outside is tied down. On the the other hand affordable and peaceful place to live

They have put brand new trailers in the whole park, most of them 1 bedroom but charge $675 for rent in Mojave, If the yard was fenced maybe....

One place shown needed a lot of work. The other place didn't. The agent knew nothing about the price of rent..she knew the space rent but that's all.
