I have lived here since 2009 and it used to be a lovely community, but the Board has lately become very authoritarian. They have a one size fits all approach to any problem. No sense of nuance, no sense of community. As an example, a few tenants complained that trees needed trimming. The board asked if we wanted our tree cut down and I wrote back No, and explained why we loved it. The tree kept the room cool, filtered smoke from the fires, cut down on the traffic noise, shielded the room from the glaring street light right by the window (which they installed) and brought me so much joy when I watched the birds in the branches. I sent them an email telling them this, but rather than manage this and provide proper stewardship of the trees, they cut down approximately 20 beautiful healthy trees around the building including ours, calling them a “nuisance.” I don’t know why they even bothered to ask what the individual tenants wanted. This, in addition to the insulting signs giving rude instructions, patronizing emails, and intrusive video surveillance that borders on the paranoid, has begun to make this place feel more like a jail than a community.

I had an opportunity to stay here for 100days at my daughter's n son inlaws flat. The building is soo lovely, with beautiful plantation around, swimming pool, gym, n parking lot.
Specially Jain temple is just opp to this place. We daily visited the temple, n enjoyed the paryushan parv, the auspicious occasion of Jain's.

I don't stay here but this place looks quite impressive. The apartments are spacious and there are proper security cameras installed around the complex. The gym and pool area look good and the build quality is high. Not sure about the living experience but the person I met was really happy living here.
