We are a general contractor, landscape contractor and swimming pool contractor. In our line of work having soil engineering report done the right is SUPER critical. We need the Soil engineering report to be able to pull permits and that is a fairly complicated process, Achievement Engineering has been critical to our success.

They are always available when you need them. It has been times that we needed to get clarification on some of the reported elements and was able to connect with them on the weekend and after hours

we always have to update reports and have special inspection done in cases, they are there when we need them.

In this area finding a good company that is not only responsive but also detailed is rare, Achievement Engineering is one of those rare finds

This company follows a “sink or swim” attitude where new employees are thrown into the mix without proper integration, thus setting one up for failure.

Owners don't possess work professionalism and, with their limited business management knowledge, are quick to judgment and blame and yet, do not provide the appropriate support needed by their employees to be successful in their work. Beware.

Their pay is below average with the usual minimum benefits.

Their office is located in an unsafe neighborhood. There's a decent common area for meal breaks with some snacks provided.

Don’t hire this company, first and foremost they are dishonest. Also they are slowest, take months to answer your geologist’s questions, never will answer your calls, once hired they won’t give you Geo report for 18 months minimum, they will add inspections to your project unscrupulously, then will charge you three hours for a 15 min inspection, then will keep doing soil tests over and over again. Why all inspectors are from Middle East, hiring within friends and family? why is DOJ not checking them for employment discrimination? Do not hire them, they will extort you financially, a project will become three times more expensive, they also reported me to building department for a missed inspection, cause your project to delay for years.
Look very carefully before hiring, wish I did. All reviews are 1or 5, this is clearly the case where 1 are tortured real customers, 5 has to be fake. Good customer service doesn’t change so drastically.

2. Terminated the contract at his will, leaving home owner unprepared and in a hurry to find another Green engineering company.
3. The only thing this company is good at is sending the customer bills for site visits without delivering anything (reports etc.)
