I have the pleasure to work with LeCut Construction to build additional living spaces and remodel my entire house. My experience throughout the process has been exceptionally well. I sincerely praise Michael and Guy for their workmanship, sincerity, attention to details, quality and customer experience. We added two new bedrooms, two new baths, relocated kitchen, remodeled existing bathrooms/beds/family/living rooms. It was a complete team effort that took a lot of coordination from multiple sources and LeCut Construction has exceeded my expectations.

As many are searching to remodel their home, I was fuzzy and did not know where to start, what the entire process entails and especially the cost. After talking to many build firms, Michael and Guy from LeCut stand out from our first meeting with their knowledge in construction and their transparency to pricing. They carefully listened to our vision and ideas, and came up with a plan. They clearly walk us through the process, the expected timeframe, and cost. I appreciate their sincerity and knowledge throughout our planning and meeting.

We started working with their architect to create a blueprint of the expansion area and layout for new kitchen, bedrooms, and baths. After multiple revisions, the plan was submitted to the city for approval. While we waited for approval, we worked with Tal and Nir to design the kitchen and the bathrooms. They carefully listened to our design ideas and gave us invaluable feedback. Tal and Nir helped us choose materials, color, design for cabinets, tiles, countertops, and flooring. They gave suggestions for shower fixtures and hardwares to match with our design. They helped us in this daunting process of picking the right matches out in the blue.

The construction started as soon as we got the city approval to proceed. Each stage in the building process was split into a two weeks time-frame. Michael and Guy kept-us up to date on progress and we met weekly/biweekly. Guy was on top of coordinating the schedule with building work, materials readiness, and inspection schedule from the city.
They were expecting 6-8 months for the project. The whole construction and remodeling work took just a bit over 6 months. This is fascinating when you talk to people for this scope of work and many would expect to take over a year or more.

All communications happened through e-mail and whatsapp group chat. The process working with the architect, designer, project manager, and contractors has been smooth. Everyone kept us up-to-date in the process and responded promptly to inquiry.

I will recommend LeCut construction for their excellence in service, quality, transparency, and workmanship. Everyone involved in the process was nice and courteous. I praised their efficiency, planning, and coordinating effort to complete the project in time and exceeded my expectations. They took the extra effort to keep things in order, clean, and time to fine tune subtle details.

Outstanding experience with LeCut Construction. From day one Michael put our minds at ease with his professionalism, attention to detail, and prioritization of customer satisfaction. He regularly provided project updates and consistently tracked to the original time estimates. Additionally, Michael always provided my wife and I his excellent professional advice when we were uncertain which design or construction option would best fit our project. Edgar, the foreman on our job, was highly skilled in several construction trades: framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall and painting. LeCut and our project manager Yari Berdugo did an excellent job constructing a carport on our driveway. The work I clided drilling in asphalt, setting up foundations for the car port and constructing an elaborate metal structure. The team delivered beautiful work on time to our complete satisfaction. I worked with Guy from the start to finish and was impressed with the level of communication from Guy as well as how they stuck to the timeline for the project. They make the process pretty easy by providing you with a design person to work with before the project begins to make sure everyone is on the same page about materials and design (if you don't already have one) and Guy was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them for their professional expertise and knowledge of the work. Hired them to do a complete remodel of our house including 3 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and carpeting. They were able to estimate the time it would take and kept to it, the only delay being the delivery of materials. They allowed us to choose our own designs for the bathrooms and constructed it exactly like how we wanted it. No change in the price once the contract is made, with full details of the project.
One year after the project is complete, they are still on call for minor repairs and fixes.
